If you for some reason are dissatisfied with the Jes-Extender, you can return it after 6 month in your custody, and get a full refund excl. freight. Due to the special hygienic nature of the product, you cannot actually wear the Jes-Extender before returning it - only study the product and the instructions, DVD etc.
Spare parts and accessories cannot be returned for a refund!

Disputes

After 15 years in business, DanaMedic has never had a legal dispute with any type of customer. Should this happen it would take place in a Danish courtroom, governed by Danish law.
